  • Support security initiatives, including endpoint protection, MFA, access controls, and patching.

Projects & Process Improvement

  • Partner with the Director of IT on technology standards, policies, and longer-term projects, including implementations, upgrades, migrations, and office expansions.
  • Independently manage assigned projects, from requirements and timelines through testing and status updates.
  • Research new technologies and recommend solutions based on business needs, security, usability, and cost.
  • Maintain technical documentation, procedures, and knowledge-base materials.
  • Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
