  • Small team, real impact — your work is what the market sees of this company

Why Oltre?

Oltre Castings & Design manufactures premium cast stone fireplace surrounds, mantels, and hearths for luxury homes across the country. Everything is manufactured in Salem, Oregon, then shipped nationwide.

We intend to operate like a media company that happens to sell cast stone, not a manufacturer that also posts. Any competitor can copy a mold profile. None of them can copy an audience, and almost none are trying.

And we are sitting on raw material most brands would have to invent. Our product gets poured as a liquid, cured, cracked out of a mold, and revealed. Then it goes into a room and changes that room permanently. That happens on our floor every week and nobody is filming any of it.

What You'll Do

Run our marketing. Own everything the market sees of this company — shoot it, cut it, design it, publish it, and figure out what works.

You are not being handed a finished look to execute. We have a locked palette, a type pairing, a voice guide, and a list of things we will never do. Inside those constraints, what Oltre content becomes is your call, and we will back your judgment over ours on craft.

Day-to-Day

  • Photograph and film our product and our process — pours, demolds, finish work, and installs in customers' homes
  • Shoot in-person reels: you on camera, Andrew on camera, or the shop team talking through their work
  • Build process videos showing how a piece actually gets made, start to finish
  • Product photography against the catalog for the website and spec materials
  • Edit photo and video end to end, then re-edit each shoot into multiple assets — different hooks, lengths, and cuts
  • Publish across Instagram, Pinterest, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn, with Instagram as our primary channel
  • Build our email marketing from scratch — platform, signup, newsletter, and campaigns. We have none of it today
  • Manage relationships with social media creators, and make proper use of the content that comes back
  • Design everything that reaches our dealers and customers: sell sheets, sample boards, spec cards, installation instructions, thank-you cards, and print collateral
  • Design trade-show and showroom graphics, and rebuild the product catalog
  • Own the marketing for new product launches, ready when the product is
  • Produce the creative for our paid advertising — Andrew runs the campaigns
  • Own the asset library — naming, tagging, credits, and backup
  • Propose the ideas and strategy that grow the business — test what works, kill what doesn't, build the roadmap
