The primary role will be managing branches in the Czech Republic and Slovakia (directly supervising branch managers and team leaders), implementing new business initiatives, actively participating in sales alongside the sales department, responsibility for P&L, responsibility for quality, high-level internal and external communication, experience in team management, improving and streamlining processes
