Channel Partner Sales Manager
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Channel Partner Sales Manager to join our Channel Partnerships team and drive partner-led business growth across assigned markets. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and managing LMKR's partner ecosystem, generating qualified pipeline, and achieving revenue through resellers, distributors, and strategic partners. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of channel sales or direct B2B sales experience, strong commercial and relationship-management skills, regional market knowledge, and a proven track record of developing opportunities and closing business.
Job Responsibilities:
- Identify, recruit, onboard, and develop new resellers, distributors, and strategic partners in assigned markets.
- Manage and grow existing partner relationships to increase engagement, pipeline, and revenue.
- Develop joint business plans with partners, including sales targets, account priorities, and go-to-market activities.
- Drive partner-led opportunities through the full sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification to closure.
- Build and maintain a healthy partner pipeline and provide accurate sales forecasts and opportunity updates.
- Work with partners to identify target customers, develop account plans, and create new business opportunities.
- Conduct regular partner business reviews and monitor performance against agreed targets and KPIs.
- Coordinate partner onboarding, product training, sales enablement, demonstrations, and related activities.
- Collaborate with Sales, Pre-Sales, Product, Marketing, Legal, and Delivery teams to support partner opportunities.
- Represent LMKR in partner/customer meetings and industry events, and maintain accurate CRM and sales reporting.
Required Skills:
- Strong channel sales, partner management, and business development capabilities.
- Proven ability to generate pipeline and revenue through partners.
- Strong B2B sales skills and experience managing opportunities through the full sales cycle.
- Excellent relationship-building, stakeholder-management, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to identify, assess, recruit, and develop high-potential channel partners.
- Ability to develop joint business plans, account plans, sales forecasts, and performance reports.
- Strong presentation and communication skills with confidence engaging senior stakeholders.
- Good understanding of enterprise technology/software sales; relevant industry experience is an advantage.
- Excellent written and spoken English and Arabic, with willingness to travel within the assigned region.
Experience:
- Minimum: 5 years of Channel Sales or Direct Sales
- Preferred: 10 years of relevant experience
Education/Qualification:
- Minimum: Bachelor’s degree
- Preferred: Master’s degree
