Qualifications
Master's Degree in Nursing for Nurse Practitioners (Required) or
Master's Degree from accredited Physician Assistant Program for Physician Assistants (Required)
Work Experience
1 plus years Pain Management experience preferred
3 years experience in supervision and independent decision making in major nursing areas preferred
Licenses and Certifications
Nurse Practitioners Certification (NP-C) or Physician Assistant Certification (PA-C), Basic Life Support (BLS) required
Department Specific Certifications may be required.
