NATURE AND SCOPE OF JOB
The Human Development Recruiter attracting, screening, and selecting qualified candidates to meet the organization's hiring needs. He/She manages the full recruitment lifecycle, collaborates with the hiring lead to meet workforce needs, and ensures a positive, compliant recruitment process.
SHIFT DETAILS
Monday to Friday (9 AM-6 PM)
DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES
- Collaborate with department managers to forecast staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating the selection and onboarding of qualified candidates.
- Promote vacancies across multiple recruitment platforms, social media, job boards, referral channels, and other recruitment sources to attract qualified talent.
- Source and attract qualified candidates to build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
- Manage candidate correspondence, including application follow-ups, interview invitations, offer communications, and regret notifications.
- Coordinate candidate assessments, interviews, and follow-up communications throughout the recruitment process.
- Conduct candidate assessments, screening, and interviews; evaluate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit; and recommend suitable candidates for hiring.
- Conduct candidate reference checks, background checks, and employment verification prior to hire.
- Ensure all recruitment documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant with company policies, recruitment procedures, and employment standards.
- Support onboarding by coordinating pre-employment documentation and ensuring new hires are prepared for their start date.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records, candidate databases, and applicant tracking systems.
- Maintain confidentiality of candidate and employee information throughout the recruitment process.
- Track vacancy progress and provide weekly or monthly recruitment reports to management.
- Provide regular recruitment reports and pipeline status updates to hiring managers and the Operations team, highlighting progress, challenges, and anticipated hiring timelines.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and reports, ensuring compliance with company policies, recruitment procedures, and employment standards.
- Perform any other tasks or functions as assigned.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
- Certificate or Diploma in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or another related field.
- 1 year of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related Human Resources role, with experience managing the end-to-end recruitment process.
- Strong communication, interviewing, and organizational skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to manage multiple vacancies while maintaining accurate recruitment records
