Technical Product Manager / Engineer

About the Role

This is a hands-on product role at a Series A logistics intelligence company building AI-powered orchestration and quality compliance software for cold chain supply chains. You will own the product roadmap for core platform modules and a growing roster of AI agents, working directly with engineering, data science, ML, and Fortune 500 customers in pharma and logistics. The work has real stakes: the product helps ensure vaccines, therapies, and biologics arrive usable.

What You'll Do

  • Own and drive the roadmap for core platform modules and an expanding set of AI agents, including live risk, data summary, lane risk, documentation, and LSP management capabilities.

  • Define and enforce a clear contract for agentic features: surface context and recommendations with visible reasoning, execute only on delegated actions, and log every action for audit.

  • Conduct deep customer discovery with pharma logistics, QA, and supply chain operations teams and translate complex, regulated workflows into simple, shippable product.

  • Collaborate daily with engineering, design, data science, and ML to deliver AI features grounded in the platform's data and knowledge layers.

  • Define concrete success metrics such as decisions automated, hours returned, and releases accelerated, and hold the team accountable to them.

  • Shrink scope, ship iteratively, and improve the product based on real-world usage signals.

What We're Looking For

  • 5 or more years of product management or product engineering experience, with at least 2 years building AI/ML-powered B2B SaaS products.

  • Strong hands-on technical foundation sufficient to engage credibly with engineering and AI/ML implementation details.

  • Working fluency with LLMs, agents, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).

  • Hands-on React or full-stack web development experience.

  • Proven ability to own roadmaps, convert customer needs into software requirements, and define and track meaningful KPIs.

  • Experience with customer-facing product discovery, ideally with pharma logistics, quality, or supply chain operations users.

  • Background in cold chain, pharma logistics, or GxP-regulated products is a plus.

  • Existing authorization to work in the United States (visa sponsorship is not available).

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary $170,000 to $200,000 USD annually, plus equity. Five weeks PTO and full health benefits. Visa sponsorship is not available.
