Reynolds Restoration Services is hiring a full-time Restoration Technician to join our team in the King of Prussia, PA area. Restoration Technicians help people recover after they've experienced property damage from a disaster. Regular work hours are 7 am-3:30 pm, with on-call requirements on a rotational basis for evenings and weekends. All on-call hours worked are paid at 1.5 times the regular rate. Training and PPE are provided to all our technicians! Responsibilities:
- Assess and document damages to the residential or commercial property
- Work independently or as part of a team on properties that have been damaged by water, fire, mold, or other disasters
- Set and monitor drying equipment
- Complete contained demolition to remove affected materials
- Disinfect air and surfaces with ULV fogging machines
- Complete hand cleaning/application of disinfectant to affected surfaces
- Document work notes and upload pictures in the project management software system
Qualifications:
- One year of experience working in the Restoration / Mitigation Services industry, preferred
- IICRC Restoration Industry Certifications in Fire & Smoke Restoration and Water Restoration will be given priority consideration
- Energetic, reliable, and positive team members who are willing to learn new skills and enjoy working in a variety of different environments
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with clients and provide exceptional customer service
- Smartphone/tablet user
- Ability to perform labor-intensive work
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and carry materials
- Ability to work overtime when needed and respond to emergency situations after regular work hours
- Valid driver's license and vehicle
- Pre-employment background and drug screening
- Authorization to work in the United States
