Our Toddler Community is an active, engaging environment where children are encouraged to move, explore, communicate, develop practical life skills, and become increasingly independent with the guidance and support of a caring teaching team. Our Montessori Pre Primary (Toddler) Community serves 12 children ages 18 months to 2.5 years old with a teaching team of 2 teachers: 1 Lead Teacher and 1 Assistant Teacher.
We are looking for a caring and dedicated Toddler Assistant Teacher who:
- Has experience or a strong desire to work with toddlers
- Is eager to learn and grow as an educator
- Thrives in a collaborative, supportive team
- Wans to explore Montessori education and philosophy
- Enjoys hands-on learning experiences like gardening, cooking, art, practical life, and STEM activities with children
