About the Role

What You'll Do

  • Improve PCB layout, power, RF, size, reliability, and cost across upcoming hardware revisions.

  • Take prototype hardware toward production by developing manufacturing, testing, supplier, and assembly processes.

  • Identify and resolve issues during board bring-up, real-world testing, and manufacturing.

  • Own hardware decisions and the quality of each device that ships.

What We're Looking For

  • Typically 2 to 7 years of experience, with a track record of personally designing PCBs that shipped in a real product.

  • Experience with compact wearables, IoT devices, or consumer electronics is especially relevant.

  • Experience taking hardware from prototype to production, including layout, power, RF, testing, suppliers, and assembly.

  • Early-career engineers with strong fundamentals and demonstrated ability to work quickly with AI tools may also be a fit.

  • A hands-on approach and interest in owning design, testing, and manufacturing work end to end.
