What You Can Expect:

Own and manage end-to-end recruitment processes for global IT, Blue Yonder and other specialized professional positions.
Drive proactive sourcing initiatives, talent mapping and pipeline development to attract hard-to-find talent in highly competitive markets.
Partner closely with Hiring Managers and key stakeholders to ensure high-quality hiring decisions and an excellent recruitment experience.
Build and maintain sustainable talent pools while identifying opportunities to match candidates across multiple roles and regions.
Reduce dependency on external agencies and headhunters through effective direct sourcing and strategic talent engagement.

What You Bring:

Successfully completed university degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a comparable field.
Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting with a strong focus on IT and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), ideally including Blue Yonder professionals.
Strong expertise in Active Sourcing, candidate engagement and pipeline development within competitive talent markets.
Experience conducting structured and competency-based interviews and assessing candidate potential beyond technical qualifications.
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple vacancies, stakeholders and candidate pipelines simultaneously.
Fluent German and English language skills at least at C1 Level, enabling effective communication in an international business environment.
