Spare Parts Coordinator

- Ensuring spare parts are correctly booked in and out of the spare parts storage
- Organizing the spare parts storage (assigning storage locations, grouping similar spare parts together)
- If required, requesting new spare part numbers in line with the CU process
- Creating purchase requisitions for parts below safety stock
- Carrying out an annual inventory count
- Checking deliveries of parts (e.g. that the parts and quantity are correct)
- Assisting maintenance employees with searching for and selecting spare parts
- Assisting the CU with any matters relating to spare parts (e.g. eliminating duplicates)
- Other duties, as assigned
