Universal Logistics is currently seeking a Yard Switcher (Yard Driver) to join our team. This is a great opportunity to join a growing company offering steady work and competitive pay.

Schedule

• 2nd Shift: 12:00pm - 9:00pm
• Monday–Friday
• Training conducted on 1st shift for 1–2 weeks, depending on experience level

Pay & Benefits

• Starting Wage: $24.50/hour
• Steady, full-time work

Key Responsibilities

• Move trailers in and out of dock doors
• Perform yard checks and maintain trailer organization
• Communicate with dispatch, warehouse, and leadership teams
• Ensure safe operation of yard equipment at all times
• Follow all company and safety procedures

• Strong safety awareness and communication skills
