General Warehouse Associate

Position Requirements:

• Bilingual in Spanish - a plus
• Compensation: Hourly Rate 40+ hours a week
• Must be able to lift 75 LBS
• Must be able to squat, bend, and be on feet majority of day

Position Description:

70% warehouse (this is a small warehouse)

• Able to work in a warehouse environment as a team or independently
• Maintain, load, unload and organize warehouse as needed (inventory such as metal springs, struts, openers, hinges, rollers, rails, etc.)
• Perform vehicle inspections & inventory for company vehicles
• Provide parts for technicians and installers daily / weekly / by management request
• Setting up appointments for vehicle repairs / maintenance .

30% customer service

• Provide quality customer service
• Verbal and Online Customer Communication (scheduling/ rescheduling, resolve questions, follow ups)
• Technician assistance
• Data entry for jobs (customer communication, adjustments, information regarding job, etc.)
• Other office duties as may arise from time to time

Schedule:

Monday: OFF

Tuesday: 10:00AM-6:45PM

Wednesday: 10:00AM-6:45PM

Thursday: 12:15PM-9:00PM

Friday: 12:15PM-9:00PM

Saturday: 12:15PM-9:00PM

Sunday - OFF
