Director, Commercial Strategy & Revenue Performance
Role Overview
The Director, Commercial Strategy & Revenue Performance serves as a strategic commercial partner to executive leadership, driving revenue intelligence, business performance, and enterprise-wide commercial initiatives across Four Seasons Yachts.
This leader translates complex financial and commercial data into actionable insights, identifies opportunities to accelerate revenue growth, and mobilizes cross-functional teams across Sales, Marketing, Revenue Management, Finance, Technology, and Operations. The role owns weekly commercial reporting, executive business reviews, strategic presentations, and the disciplined execution of priority commercial projects.
The ideal candidate combines the analytical rigor of a management consultant with the commercial judgment of an experienced business leader. Demonstrated commercial impact, executive presence, and the ability to turn recommendations into results are more important than a particular consulting pedigree.
