We are seeking warm, service focused individuals to join our Bell Services team on a Part Time basis. The hours on offer are (48-76) hours per fortnight.

As a Bell Services Attendant, you’ll play an important role in welcoming guests, supporting their arrival and departure, and helping them feel at home from the moment they walk through our doors.

This role combines both guests facing service and practical support. You’ll be part of a team that works closely together, sharing responsibilities across luggage handling, guest assistance, and valet services.

In this role, you’ll provide joyful experiences through your genuine care for guests. As well as:

  • Deliver exceptional guest service with professionalism and care

  • Welcome guests and assist with their arrival and departure, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience

  • Assisting guests with their luggage and personal belongings—training and equipment are provided to make this safe and easy

  • Provide helpful information about hotel facilities and services

  • Provide valet parking for guest vehicles with care and attention to detail. You’ll be trusted to drive and park a variety of vehicles with confidence and professionalism

  • Support a smooth and safe driveway operation as part of a collaborative team.

You’ll receive comprehensive training, including valet confidence training, guest service skills, safety practices, and ongoing development opportunities.

About you

You’ll bring the following:

  • A genuine passion for hospitality and guest experience

  • A caring, reliable and team-focused attitude

  • Strong organisation and multitasking skills

  • Confidence to learn new skills with the support of your team

  • Strong teamwork skills, while also being comfortable working independently.

This role requires:

  • A current Australian C class Driver’s License (training provided for valet procedures; prior valet experience is great – but not essential)

  • Flexible availability across 7 days (weekends essential)

  • Previous experience in hotels or customer service is great—but not essential.

If you’re enthusiastic about hospitality and meet most of these requirements, we’d love to hear from you—even if you don’t tick every box. Your attitude and willingness to learn matter most.
