Jarrolds Letheringsett is looking for a Restaurant Supervisor to join our friendly and dedicated team.

As Restaurant Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in the smooth daily running of our restaurant. You’ll lead by example, ensuring high standards of service, supporting and motivating the front-of-house team, and working closely with the kitchen to deliver outstanding customer experiences.

Your Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring a welcoming and efficient environment
• Support, train, and inspire front-of-house staff
• Maintain excellent standards of presentation, cleanliness, and customer care
• Handle bookings, service flow, and customer queries with professionalism
• Assist with stock control, cash handling, and opening/closing duties
