TMPC is seeking a Information Warfare Specialist to join our growing team of diverse professionals.

A minimum of 5 years of experience planning and integrating IO, with a strong emphasis
on MISO/PSYOP and MILDEC at the tactical or operational level
- Verifiable experience and expertise in the MISO/PSYOP planning process. Graduation
from a DoD-approved qualification course is highly desirable.

Verifiable experience and expertise in the MILDEC planning process. Graduation from a
DoD-approved planning course is highly desirable.
- Experience with Target Audience Analysis, message development, and effects
assessment.
- SOUTHCOM AOR experience preferred
- Experience planning at the Combatant Command level preferred
- MARFOR experience preferred
- Possess Defense Language Program 2/2 or greater Spanish abilities is preferred
- The ability to communicate information and ideas verbally so others will understand in
English and in Spanish is preferred
- Communicating effectively in writing as appropriate for the needs of the audience either
via electronic or written mediums in English and Spanish is preferred
- The ability to create products and presentations that communicate ideas effectively and
concisely in English and in Spanish is preferred
- Shall possess or be able to obtain the following:
o U.S. TS SCI Security Clearance.
o A valid US driver’s license.
o A valid US passport.
o Country visa (as required in line with the U.S. Department of State Foreign
Clearance Guide)

**This is a contingent hire tied to contract award. Selected candidates will be named in the proposal and asked to sign a Letter of Commitment.**
