CareMore Health is seeking a Primary Care Physician to join our physician-led, value-based care team in Green Valley, Arizona. This role offers the opportunity to provide comprehensive primary care for patients with complex health needs while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team focused on prevention, chronic disease management, care coordination, and improving long-term health outcomes through relationship-centered care.

Schedule: Potential for four 10-hour shifts (8 am-7pm) as an alternative to the standard Monday–Friday schedule.

As a Primary Care Physician in Green Valley, you'll care for patients with complex healthcare needs while being supported by Nurse Practitioners, Care Managers, Pharmacists, Social Workers, and Clinical Support Teams.

Qualifications

  • MD or DO from an accredited medical school
  • Active Arizona medical license
  • DEA registration
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible
  • Passion for value-based, patient-centered care

Compensation Range:

$211,369.00

to

$317,053.00

 

The anticipated base salary range represents the Company's good-faith estimate of the compensation it reasonably expects to pay for this position at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, skills, qualifications, geographic location, internal equity, and business needs.
