Day to Day
- Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow forms, catalogs, and workflows within ServiceNow
- Configure and customize modules such as:
- Incident Management
- Change Management
- Service Catalog
- Build and manage ServiceNow catalog items, record producers, and dynamic forms
- Develop and maintain workflows using Flow Designer and scripting
- Integrate ServiceNow with external systems, especially Ansible Automation Platform for automated provisioning and remediation
