Love pets and passionate about customer service? Benson’s Pet Center is looking for dedicated leaders to join our management team. We value honesty, integrity, and exceptional customer experiences. As a leader, you'll work closely with our team to ensure top-notch service, inspire others, and make a positive impact every day.
Salary: $18.50-$21/hr . After 30 days, you have the opportunity to earn an additional $2.00 per hour for punctuality and perfect attendance. Plus, we offer a perfect attendance bonus.
What We're Looking For:
- Motivated individuals with supervisory experience
- Passion for pets and customer service
- Leadership skills to support the Store Manager
- Ability to work varied schedules, including days, evenings, and weekends
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and direct team members
- Assist customers with excellent service
- Maintain store presentation and merchandising
- Support marketing and promotional efforts
- Manage daily operations, including unloading deliveries, stocking, cash register operation, and animal care
Qualifications:
- Minimum two years of customer service experience
- At least one year of retail supervisory experience
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
