HR Business Partner shall be responsible for the administration of Human Resources policies and protocols in my designated area of coverage. The said position will be responsible assisting with and contribute to the implementation and review strategies and policy, including Organization Development and Employee strategies whilst also learning to guide and advise managers on the application and interpretation of those policies. The role is permanently assigned in a specific site location across the Philippines in my and shall report directly to the HR Supervisor.

Duties & Responsibilities:

    • Support and where appropriate, be involved in, disciplinary, capability, and grievance investigations/ hearings as designated. 
    • Supporting and advising leader in the organization and external partners in employee relations matters under the guidance of the leaders.   
    • Support the management of change process with advice, guidance, and liaison with affected employees under the guidance of the immediate superior.   
    • Supporting the immediate superior in delivering projects.   
    • Carrying out research into emerging employment legislation and best practice to support employee strategy delivery.   
    • To work with HR systems and procedures on the development, implementation, and maintenance of the HRIS system.   
    • Assisting the Immediate superior in developing initiatives to encourage good attendance at work, employee well-being, and the employee recognition scheme.   
    • Administration of the government-mandated and company-initiated benefits program and helping on the time-keeping attendance system/ mechanism of the company.   
    • Initiates Employee Relations and Engagement Programs. 
    • Handles Employee Discipline and Grievance Handling. 
    • Support and execute Health and Safety Programs sanctioned by the Health and Safety Department. 
    • Conduct random audits to check compliance to Human Resources protocols and labor standards. 
    • Assist in the pre-investigation for DOLE and NLRC cases, and handle the same, if required. 
    • Handles performance management by building and implementing a standard in performance management including but not limited to probationary, annual appraisals, performance improvement plan, etc.  
    • Performs other duties as assigned from time to time including, but not limited to, the monitoring of client sites. 


    Qualifications:

    • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's / College Degree. Preferably in Psychology, Human Resource, or equivalent. 
    • At least 2 – 3 years of relevant HRBP working experience in various areas of HR. 
    • Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including compensation and benefits practices, organizational diagnosis, employee relations, diversity, performance management, and labor employment laws.   
    • With fundamental knowledge of local labor regulations and HR best practices 
    • Fit and able to for onsite work. 
    • Technologically intermediate or advanced skills in Microsoft products such as Outlook, Teams, Word, Powerpoint, Excel, etc. 
    • Experience in a monitoring center or BPO is a plus.
