We are looking for an Equipment Content & Data Supervisor to join our team! The Equipment Content & Data Supervisor is responsible for the overall performance, development, and continuous improvement of SIGMA's equipment listing, template development, and equipment-data functions. Reporting directly to the CEO, this position provides leadership and direction across these functions to ensure accurate, consistent, and scalable equipment information throughout the organization. This role oversees departmental priorities, workflows, quality standards, performance metrics, process improvement, and direct leadership to the Listing Lead. The Supervisor works collaboratively with all departments to ensure timelines and day to day execution of listing & template activities are met while maintaining broader accountability for departmental performance and strategic initiatives.


The Supervisor will also lead the continued development of SIGMA's equipment template database, manufacturer/model library, technical documentation, data sourcing, and automation initiatives to improve listing efficiency, data quality, and scalability.


Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Provide overall leadership and direction for SIGMA's Listing and Template/Data functions, establishing priorities, performance expectations, quality standards, and departmental objectives.
  • Provide direct leadership, coaching, and development to the Listing Lead and employees within this team.
  • Partner with the Listing Lead to ensure effective execution of day-to-day listing/template activities while maintaining accountability for overall quality, productivity, turnaround time, and departmental performance.
  • Oversee the development, maintenance, and continued expansion of SIGMA's equipment template database, manufacturer/model library, OEM documentation, technical specifications, and related equipment-data resources.
  • Establish and continuously improve workflows and quality-control processes across listing, template development, and equipment-data activities.
  • Develop and monitor key performance indicators for listing and template/data operations, including productivity, accuracy, turnaround time, template utilization/development, backlog, and efficiency improvements.
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and scalability through technology, automation, standardized processes, and improved data sourcing.
  • Collaborate with the Listing Lead to identify training, development, staffing, and resource needs within the Listing function.
  • Partner cross-functionally with departments to identify project needs and expected timelines.
  • Provide leadership with regular updates regarding departmental performance, strategic initiatives, resource needs, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Lead departmental planning and recommend changes to structure, staffing, processes, systems, and technology necessary to support organizational growth.


Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Strong organizational, analytical, communication and problem-solving skills
  • Proven capacity to manage competing departmental priorities and systematically organize workloads.
  • Independent problem-solver capable of steering complex, technical data landscapes.
  • Advanced expertise in automated data extraction methods, audit frameworks, and data management tools.
  • Broad understanding of equipment, manufacturing, or related technical domains.
  • Lead-by-example leadership philosophy.


Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Management, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in product data management or technical content operations, with a focus on data quality and strategic technical contribution.
