Enterprise Account Executive
About the Role
This is an enterprise closing role at a fast-growing AI SaaS company serving the industrial sector in Germany. You will own the full sales cycle for large, complex accounts, working directly with C-level stakeholders in the industrial Mittelstand and building the repeatable enterprise motion that takes the company upmarket.
What You'll Do
Acquire new enterprise customers and manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles from initial engagement through contract signature.
Build and execute targeted account and pipeline strategies for a defined set of enterprise accounts.
Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, developing business cases that quantify ROI and strategic impact.
Lead executive demos, workshops, and negotiations, and navigate procurement and legal processes to close deals.
Refine messaging, positioning, and deal structuring to sharpen how the company wins enterprise business.
Collect and relay customer feedback and market insights to Product and Leadership to improve the enterprise offering.
Coordinate across Product, Solution Engineering, Marketing, Customer Value, and Leadership to ensure successful deal execution.
Contribute to building enterprise playbooks, processes, and best practices for the upmarket motion.
Leverage AI tools to research accounts, structure deals, prepare executive conversations, and manage complex pipelines efficiently.
What We're Looking For
3+ years of closing experience in B2B SaaS or complex enterprise software sales.
Proven value-based, business-case-led selling at approximately €80k+ ACV or comparable deal complexity.
Comfortable managing 6+ month sales cycles involving multiple senior stakeholders, including C-level executives.
Practical familiarity with an enterprise sales methodology such as MEDDIC, SPIN, or SPICED.
Fluent German with strong written, verbal, and executive communication skills.
Entrepreneurial mindset with ownership of territory, pipeline, and outcomes; comfortable in ambiguous environments.
Startup experience, or equivalent project complexity and demonstrated high performance in demanding environments.
Experience selling into industrial, procurement, or supply-chain-heavy organizations is a strong plus.
