Nurse – LPN (Residential)
Position Summary:
The LPN Residential Nurse plays a vital role in providing medical support and supervision for patients in a residential behavioral health and substance use treatment setting. This role includes medication management, patient monitoring, and coordination with the clinical team to ensure comprehensive care.
Responsibilities:
- Administer medications and monitor for side effects or withdrawal symptoms.
- Perform routine health assessments and communicate findings to the clinical team.
- Support patient stabilization and provide nursing interventions as needed.
- Ensure compliance with state and federal documentation and medication administration guidelines.
- Educate patients on medications and health conditions.
- Assist with crisis intervention and de-escalation when necessary.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records in the EHR system.
- Collaborate with RNs, physicians, and counselors to support treatment plans.

- If in recovery, a minimum of 2 years of sobriety is required.
