Preschool Teacher – Morning Program

Position Overview

We are looking for a warm, dependable, and enthusiastic Part-Time Preschool Teacher to join our preschool team. This position works with 3-year-old children in an academic-focused preschool program during morning hours.

This is a Monday through Friday position, from 8:15 AM to 12:15 PM.

The ideal candidate enjoys working with young children, is passionate about early childhood education, and can create a positive, engaging classroom environment while supporting children's academic and social development.

Responsibilities

• Follow and effectively implement provided lesson plans and curriculum.
• Provide engaging, age-appropriate learning experiences for 3-year-old children.
• Support children's social, emotional, and academic development.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and positive classroom environment.
• Work collaboratively with other teachers and staff in a school setting.
• Communicate professionally and effectively with families, teachers, and school leadership.
• Observe children's needs and provide appropriate support and guidance.
• Follow all school policies, procedures, and licensing requirements.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working with preschool-aged children preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well as part of a teaching team.
• Dependable, organized, and professional.
• Comfortable following a structured curriculum and lesson plan.
• A genuine passion for helping young children learn and grow.

Schedule

Part-Time | Monday–Friday | 8:15 AM–12:15 PM
