(資深)整合行銷專員
(資深)整合行銷專員將主導多通路的募款活動,涵蓋年度、緊急與社區型實體專案。此職位負責確保活動一致性與執行效益,並參與傳統媒體形式的創新,與跨部門協作以提升捐款人招募與大眾參與成效。

主要工作內容:
- 規劃並執行多元募款通路的捐款人招募策略,以達成年度募款目標。
- 主導募款行銷活動(包含電視廣告、整合行銷活動、募款通路等),提升無國界醫生品牌能見度、深化大眾參與,並拓展募款成果。
- 協調內外部合作夥伴,確保各項募款活動依時程執行,並維持高品質與策略一致性。
- 負責各項捐款人招募及募款行銷活動的預算管理、成效追蹤與分析。
- 協助規劃與執行無國界醫生台灣年度整合行銷活動及緊急募款專案,提升品牌認知與募款成效。
- 積極參與區域及國際團隊合作與交流,共同推動跨辦公室專案與知識分享。
資格:
- 大學畢業,主修商業管理或是相關科系。
- 具3年以上行銷,溝通, 銷售或專案管理相關工作經驗,具非營利組織募款經驗者為佳。
- 成果導向並致力於達成目標。
- 細心、注重細節及品質。
- 優秀的專案管理能力,並能同時進行多項任務,能在預算及預定時間內完成工作。
- 具有優秀的分析、解決問題及創造性思維能力
- 良好的人際溝通、協調談判及簡報表達能力
- 能夠獨立作業,但亦能於需要時與其他團員合作
- 對國際事務及無國界醫生人道救援活動具備高度興趣及使命感
- 具備優秀的中文聽說讀寫能力,並能自信地以英文口語溝通

(Senior) Multichannel Marketing Officer
The (Senior) Multichannel Marketing Officer leads the development and execution of diverse fundraising acquisition campaigns—including general appeals, emergency responses, and community-based initiatives—across multiple channels to optimize donation income. This role ensures consistent and high-quality campaign delivery, while fostering innovation across traditional media formats. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, the officer plays a key role in enhancing donor acquisition and driving public engagement.
Staff, volunteers, managers, interns, board members, association members, and others in MSF have a role to play in ensuring that MSF is an organization committed to ensuring that its values, policies, and processes promote the highest standards of behaviour. In every area of work, in every location, all members of MSF must work to prevent and detect abuse, as well as report concerns about abuse.
Major Responsibilities
- Lead the development of strategic acquisition initiatives across multiple channels to achieve the fundraising targets devised in the annual plan.
- Spearhead the pilot community outreach project to enhance brand visibility, community engagement and drive donation income.
- Facilitate timely and effective collaboration across internal and external partners to uphold campaign quality and strategic alignment.
- Responsible for budget control and performance analysis across all acquisition and outreach campaigns.
- Support the development and execution of MSF Taiwan annual Integrated campaign and emergency fundraising appeals to strengthen brand awareness and fundraising impact.
- Active participate regional and international engagement and collaboration
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferably in business administration or related discipline.
- 3 years of relevant work experience in marketing, communication, sales or project management, fundraising experience in NGO sector is an asset.
- Results-oriented and committed to deliver objectives
- Attentive to details and quality
- Strong project management skills and multi-tasking. Able to steer project within budget and timeline with minimum supervision.
- Strong analytical, problem solving and creative thinking skills.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, negotiation and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
- Strong commitment to MSF’s humanitarian aid work
- Proficiency in written and spoken Mandarin and confident in Oral English.
