Technical Operations Lead
About the Role
As Technical Operations Lead, you will connect people, processes, and technology across a growing AI/ML company. Working closely with company leadership, you will turn priorities into practical systems and workflows, helping teams work effectively as the business scales.
What You'll Do
Partner with leadership on operational priorities, including hiring, communications, and internal planning.
Build and maintain internal tools that track key metrics and improve operational visibility.
Coordinate across teams to identify bottlenecks and help resolve them.
Review existing workflows and implement practical improvements using technical and analytical approaches.
Use AI tools to improve team productivity and effectiveness.
What We're Looking For
At least 2 years of experience in a high-growth startup environment, with relevant experience in technical operations.
Experience building and maintaining internal tools or systems, and using them to define or monitor key metrics.
A track record of taking ownership of high-priority operational work, such as hiring, communications, or internal planning.
Experience coordinating across teams and projects to identify and mitigate bottlenecks.
Familiarity with AI tools and an interest in experimenting with new technologies.
Strong judgment, analytical skills, and the ability to challenge existing processes constructively.
Knowledge of Swiss legal frameworks or experience in recruiting, communications, or related operations is a plus.
