Director, Growth Marketing
Position Summary
The Director, Growth Marketing leads DataSpring’s growth marketing function and is accountable for translating company objectives into segment-based strategies, integrated campaigns, events, performance marketing, and measurable business outcomes. This role sets the function’s priorities, operating model, annual planning inputs, budget recommendations, performance expectations, and team accountability across payer and provider markets.
As part of DataSpring’s segment-based growth marketing model, this role directly owns the provider segment strategy, including provider buyers and clinician/profile manager audiences, and oversees growth marketing execution across both payer and provider segments. The Director is responsible for demand creation, pipeline contribution, customer expansion, event performance, marketing ROI, and continuous optimization of growth marketing programs.
The role operates at both strategic and executional altitudes: setting direction and standards across the full growth marketing portfolio, while personally architecting provider segment campaigns, content direction, and event strategy where needed.
This role collaborates closely with Product Marketing, Marketing Communications, Brand Marketing, Marketing Operations & Analytics, Sales, Account Management, Business Development, and Product Management to ensure growth programs are aligned with positioning, narrative, brand standards, commercial priorities, and measurable business goals.
The Director, Growth Marketing is a full-time, remote, exempt position and reports to the SVP, Brand, Marketing & Communications

- Own the provider segment marketing budget; allocate spend across channels, events, and vendors to hit lead and pipeline targets, and manage associated ROI.
Growth Marketing Event Strategy
- Own the overarching growth marketing event strategy, including how events support segment priorities, audience engagement, demand generation, customer expansion, and business growth objectives.
