We are seeking an experienced SAP Business One Techno-Functional consultant to support pre-sales engagements, solution design, implementation, and customer success initiatives. The consultant will act as a trusted advisor to prospects and existing customers, bridging business requirements with technical solutions while driving SAP Business One opportunities from qualification through implementation and post-go-live support.

The ideal candidate should possess strong SAP B1 functional expertise, technical capabilities, and excellent customer-facing skills to effectively conduct demonstrations, workshops, solution presentations, and implementation activities.

Role Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Accounting, or a related field. (master’s degree in management -an advantage).
• 3 - 5 years of experience in SAP Business One consulting.
• Experience in full lifecycle implementation of 20 + SAP Business One in various industries.
• Strong understanding of SAP Business One accounting, finance, procurement, inventory, manufacturing, and sales processes.
• Proficiency in SAP Business One configuration and customization tools.
• Hands-on experience with data migration tools and methodologies
• Hands-on experience with SAP Business One on both SQL and SAP HANA platforms.
• Extensive expertise in HANA analytics and developing complex dashboards.
• In-depth experience in writing complex Crystal Reports.
• Knowledge of SAP Business One add-ons and integration tools (SAP B1 Integration Framework (B1if))
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques
• Good communication skills and able to manage different levels of stakeholders.
• Proven leadership and management skills.

Certifications:

• Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification (an advantage)

Role Responsibilitie:

• Conduct business process analysis and fit-gap assessments.
• Gather, document, and validate business requirements.
• Design end-to-end SAP Business One solutions aligned to customer needs.

• Execute end-to-end SAP system installations on (HANA and SQL Platform), ensuring compliance with best practices, optimal performance, security, and stability.

• Install and configure SAP Business One add-ons and third-party solutions.
• Implement SAP Business One environments on both HANA and SQL platforms following industry best practices.
• Lead data migration activities and system validation.
• Develop functional specifications and process documentation.
• Design, configure, and maintain integrations using SAP Business One Integration Framework (B1iF).
• Develop and implement business process customizations using:
• Boyum B1 Usability Package (B1UP)
• User Defined Fields (UDFs)
• User Defined Values (UDVs)
• Formatted Searches (FMS)
• Transaction Notifications
• Alerts and Approval Procedures

• Design, develop, and customize reports using:
  • SAP Queries

  • SAP B1 HANA Analytics (Dashboards, calculation views)

• Reports customization via SAP queries, Stored Procedures and crystal reports.
• Execute user acceptance testing (UAT) and support defect resolution.
• Conduct key-user and end-user training.
• Provide go-live and hypercare support.
• Advise clients on SAP best practices and process optimization opportunities
• Lead and execute SAP Business One system upgrades for both HANA and SQL environments.
• Perform migrations from SAP Business One SQL databases to SAP HANA platforms
• Conduct discovery workshops to understand prospective client business processes and requirements.
• Prepare and deliver compelling SAP Business One demonstrations tailored to customer pain points and industry-specific scenarios.
• Lead solution presentations and proof-of-concept sessions.
• Prepare solution designs, and effort estimates.
