Member Service Representative (Anderson, IN)

We’re looking for a Member Service Representative to join our Anderson team. This is a frontline position where you’ll have the opportunity to get to know our members, help with their everyday financial needs, and create the kind of experience that keeps them coming back.

What You’ll Do

As a Member Service Representative, you’ll be one of the first faces our members see when they visit Thrive. Your day will include:

• Welcoming members and building positive relationships
• Processing deposits, withdrawals, payments, and other transactions accurately and efficiently
• Listening to members and connecting them with products and services that may help meet their needs
• Answering questions and helping resolve member concerns in person, by phone, email, or text
• Learning about Thrive’s products, services, procedures, and regulatory requirements
• Supporting your teammates and helping with the daily needs of the branch
• Delivering the friendly, helpful service our members expect from Thrive
  
  

What We’re Looking For

You don’t need to know everything about credit unions on day one. We’re looking for someone who is dependable, eager to learn, and genuinely enjoys working with people.

Our ideal candidate has:

• A high school diploma or GED
• Cash-handling and customer service experience, strongly preferred
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Friendly and professional communication skills
• Basic computer and internet skills
• Strong organizational skills
• The ability to work well as part of a team
• A willingness to learn and grow

Candidates must also be available to work the required schedule, including Saturdays.
