Job Overview

We are seeking a driven, commercially minded Product Owner to join our fast-paced product team.

In this role, you will bridge the gap between product vision, business strategy, and engineering execution. You will take full ownership of product feature roadmaps, from conceptualization and user story creation to sprint delivery and continuous optimization to ensure we deliver high-performing, compliant, and deeply engaging products.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for  the maintenance, optimization, and improvement of the website of the Finnish Brand
• Ensuring site readiness for upcoming Finnish licence, including all flows and coordination between all teams
• Full responsibility of the ongoing customer experience on the Finnish Brand including all customer flows and journeys through testing variables.
• Project Management of all small or big tasks requested from different departments and stakeholders that are needed for the Finnish Brand
• Monitoring and prioritising the product road map and performance, constantly providing updates to management
• Project Management of new big projects across more brands along with the other Product Owners
• Being fully responsible for all the main KPIs of the brand. On a  daily basis looking at real time and daily numbers, analysing variances and reporting to necessary stakeholders 
• Constantly analysing Finnish competitors and suggesting improvements and new features. Such new features and improvements to then be added to backlog and prioritised accordingly together with other requests from other stakeholders and departments
• Working hand in hand with the Developers communicating requirements for all projects and having full updates on releases etc
• Working with the Finnish Country Team, and contributing and sharing the responsibility of the brand strategy, budgets and P&L of the Finnish brand
• Contribute to the planning of the CRM calendar together with CRM manager and Finnish Country Team and together with the CRM Team, analyse campaign effectiveness and suggest improvements
• Work closely with Head of Casino and ensuring the games content is always up to date
• Work closely with Head of Design, ensuring all new features, improvements are all done according to brand guidelines
• Work closely with the Central Marketing team assisting with  correct prioritisation of requests to ensure stable intake of customers from such channels.
• Close communication and collaboration with all different departments in the Group (tech, legal & compliance, customer support etc)
  

Requirements:

• 2+ years of project coordination experience preferred
• Fluent in the English language
• Ability to plan and schedule 
• Great communication and interpersonal skills
• Adaptable in your approach and able to operate independently, and as part of a team
• Experience with JIRA
• Experience within the online gaming industry
