Haloprime does fulfillment for consumer electronics, mostly DISH and Starlink. We get the right box to the right technician so people can actually watch TV and use the internet without it turning into a sad story. This job is not “answer emails and file things.” You’ll be talking to customers and technicians every day to make sure installations actually happen on time and without drama. When something goes sideways (and it will), you’re the person who fixes it before it becomes a bigger problem. Basically, you’re mission control for people’s home setups.
What you’ll actually do:

• Coordinate with customers and field techs so installs run smoothly
• Track orders, schedules, and issues in real time
• Communicate clearly (no corporate robot speak)
• Spot problems early and actually solve them instead of just forwarding emails
• Keep things organized so the rest of the team isn’t wasting time chasing ghosts

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has an optimistic/growth mindset
• Can talk to both frustrated customers and busy technicians without making things worse
• Has decent tech sense (you’ll be dealing with Starlink kits and DISH equipment)
• Can be in a loose, chill environment where you can be yourself.  We swear a lot, bring our dogs to work, (so you can't have pet allergies)
  

Previous admin or customer service experience is nice. Being reliable and not dramatic is mandatory.  This isn’t rocket science… though one of the products literally comes from rockets. If you like getting things done, talking to real humans, and not drowning in pointless meetings, you’ll probably like it here.  Pay starts at $20/hour.
