JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Home Health Aide, your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene.
• Providing companionship and emotional support.
• Assisting with walking, mobility, and transfers.
• Preparing meals and helping with feeding when necessary.
• Performing light housekeeping to maintain a clean and safe home environment.
• Providing medication reminders in accordance with the client's care plan.
• Monitoring and reporting changes in clients' conditions to the appropriate supervisor.
• Following individualized care plans and providing respectful, compassionate care.

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS

• Valid New York State Home Health Aide (HHA) certification required.
• Compassionate, patient, reliable, and responsible.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and follow care instructions.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Previous home care experience is a plus!

AVAILABLE SHIFTS

We currently have opportunities for:

• 6-hour shifts
• 8-hour shifts
• 10-hour shifts
• 12-hour shifts

Flexible daytime scheduling available.
