  • Develop, test, and maintain robust code that delivers meaningful customer value

  • Use AI-assisted tools and agentic workflows effectively in day-to-day engineering work, including development, debugging, testing, and operational efficiency

  • Create automated tests and thoughtful test plans to ensure product quality, reliability, and maintainability

  • Contribute to engineering best practices, operational excellence, and a strong customer-focused mindset

  • Identify and implement improvements in performance, scalability, and developer efficiency across our products and processes

  • Help maintain and support our SaaS offerings, including participation in a 24x7 on-call rotation

  • Support occasional stand-by, on-call, or off-hours responsibilities as needed

If You’ve Got It - We Want It

  • BS in Computer Science or a related technical field with 5+ years of industry experience, or an MS in Computer Science with relevant professional experience

  • Strong hands-on software development experience delivering production systems and customer-facing features

  • Experience building enterprise software in cloud environments such as AWS, GCP, or Azure

  • Experience designing, building, and consuming production APIs such as REST or RPC services

  • Experience participating in production on-call rotations and incident response

  • Experience with JavaScript or TypeScript test frameworks such as Playwright, Codecept, Mocha, Cypress, or Jest

  • Knowledge of or experience with data streaming and transformation, high-volume telemetry, logs, metrics, or observability systems

  • Strong coding experience with Node.js, TypeScript, and JavaScript

  • Experience working in startup or fast-paced environments using agile development practices in remote or hybrid teams

  • Comfortable working in an AI-native, agentic engineering environment and using AI-assisted tools to improve productivity, code quality, and customer outcomes
