Warranty Coordinator

Come join our team!  Tulsa's Premier Builder, Simmons Homes, LLC has a open position for a Warranty Coordinator.  This position is responsible for maintaining quality assurance and providing warranty service to homeowners after the home sale. 

Responsibilities Include:

• Answer phone calls and respond to homeowner inquires.
• Research homeowner inquiries or concerns.
• Prepare, print and monitor reports for homeowner warranty visits.
• Coordinate and schedule homeowner visits for 30 day and year end warranty coverage.
• Maintain warranty service request database.
• Responsible for creating and sending out letters for 30 day and year end.
• Order supplies for warranty work repairs, such as paint or siding.
• Coordinate warranty work repairs with contractors.
• Create PO’s for material.
• Scan and file all paperwork for customer visits.
• Prepare Warranty on-call phone schedule, rotate phone weekly, submit paperwork for on-call time and bonuses.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:  Must have excellent customer service skills and ability to professionally handle customer concerns, excellent organizational skills with ability to prioritize jobs to meet deadlines, good computer skills and experience with google sheets, work well with others.
