Key Responsibilities
Grow revenue by prospecting, networking, and engaging with community contacts to generate leads and add to your sales pipeline.
Educate clients about the full suite of Farmers insurance products (auto, home, life, business, specialty) through consultative selling.
Assess client needs and present tailored insurance solutions for comprehensive protection and value.
Oversee the complete sales process: source prospects, consult, present solutions, and close sales to build your client base.
Develop strong, trusting relationships and earn referrals through exceptional customer service.
Consistently achieve or exceed personal and team sales goals while providing outstanding client satisfaction.
Stay informed on industry trends and product developments to remain competitive.
Qualifications
Friendly, persuasive communicator with excellent sales and negotiation skills.
Entrepreneurial spirit, determination, and the drive to exceed goals.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Prior experience in sales or customer-facing roles is a plus, but not required.
Willing to obtain and maintain a Michigan insurance license (Life, Property & Casualty).
