Landscape Installation - Crew Member
Position Overview
Greenlife Gardens is seeking a Landscape Install Crew Member to support installation crews in completing residential and commercial landscape projects safely, efficiently, and to Greenlife Gardens’ quality standards. This is a hands-on position focused on performing installation work, following direction from the Install Foreman and Assistant Foreman, and contributing to a productive and professional jobsite.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform landscape installation work including hardscape, softscape, grading, drainage, and related scope
- Follow daily work plans and direction provided by the Install Foreman and Assistant Foreman
- Assist with jobsite setup, cleanup, and material handling
- Maintain quality standards and proper installation techniques
- Work efficiently to help projects stay on schedule and within budgeted hours
- Communicate jobsite issues or concerns to the Foreman or Assistant Foreman
- Operate tools and equipment safely and properly
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized jobsite
- Care for company tools, vehicles, and equipment
- Support other crew members as needed to complete project objectives
Qualifications
- Previous landscape or construction experience preferred but not required
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical labor
- Dependable attendance and punctuality
- Valid driver’s license preferred
Preferred Experience
- Experience with hardscape or landscape installation
- Experience using hand tools and small equipment
- Interest in developing skills and advancing within the company
