Hello from Kids First,
We’re expanding our team and looking for Behavior Technicians (BTs & RBTs) to provide in-home ABA therapy across NYC.

What You’ll Do
- Provide 1:1 in-home ABA therapy
- Work with a BCBA to support skill development
- Track progress and create a safe, positive environment
Compensation
- Competitive hourly pay $$$ based on experience, location, availability, and languages spoken.
Training & Growth
- Free 40-hour RBT training (online)
- Certification exam reimbursement
- Ongoing support + growth opportunities
Requirements
- Experience with children (preferred, not required)
- Willing to obtain RBT certification within 3 weeks
- Reliable, patient, and strong communication skills
