Marketing Lead
About the Role
This is a hands-on, end-to-end marketing role at a seed-stage AI platform built for the hospitality industry. You will own both product marketing and demand generation, operating as a solo marketer who uses AI tooling to scale what would traditionally require a full department. The work is high-impact and highly visible, sitting at the center of how the company grows.
What You'll Do
Build product positioning and develop the marketing site, including solutions pages tailored to different customer segments.
Create video content, use cases, and webinars that demonstrate product value to target buyers.
Conduct competitor and market analysis across the hospitality and broader AI landscape.
Own the blog, design assets, and run experiments with emerging media formats such as newsletters, podcasts, and influencer partnerships.
Plan and execute field marketing campaigns including city-wide activations, in-person events, conferences, and relationship dinners.
Develop and amplify founder thought leadership on LinkedIn and other channels.
Design and optimize paid ad campaigns with creative direction.
Refine signup funnels and build lead generation into a scalable, tightly targeted machine.
What We're Looking For
5+ years in B2B SaaS or AI company marketing, with demonstrated ownership of end-to-end campaigns from positioning through execution.
Proven track record building and executing paid acquisition campaigns with measurable conversion metrics.
Experience spanning both inbound channels (SEO, content, LinkedIn) and outbound channels (events, field marketing, direct outreach).
Strong portfolio showing end-to-end campaign ownership and results at fast-growing, experiment-driven companies, ideally at Series A to C stage.
Experience creating positioning and messaging for technical or complex products.
Hands-on content production including blog posts, case studies, video scripts, or use case documentation.
Familiarity with marketing analytics, funnel optimization, and A/B testing.
Comfortable using or briefing designers on marketing design tools and creative assets.
No hospitality background required; a willingness to learn the vertical quickly is what counts.
