What this role is all about
As a Customer Growth Associate, you will drive client satisfaction, retention, and growth by managing relationships with our Tier 1 clients. You will work with large, well-known clients and be responsible for their business growth, account health, and day-to-day needs. You will join a supportive team that is one of the strongest Tier 1 squads, where people are happy to help each other. You will work closely with colleagues across many functions to deliver the best outcome for our clients.
What you'll do
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with your assigned Tier 1 clients through regular meetings, sharing Infobip's strategy and roadmap, and positioning Infobip against competitors.
- Act as the focal point for clients' business and technical expectations, including technical escalations, product adoption, and passing customer feedback and ideas to Product teams.
- Meet and exceed quarterly KPIs, with gross profit, margin % and cross-sells as the most important metrics, followed by NRR and Tier 2 to Tier 1 transitions.
- Work with CPaaS Registrations, Sales Acceleration, and Platform Operations to set up client accounts based on the agreed business scope, including account creation, route management, sender registration, and content filtering.
- Partner with Revenue Assurance to minimize health risks, including financial collections and netting.
- Analyze and forecast client traffic using internal tools (Qlik, SU), and act immediately to ensure ongoing growth, minimize losses, and maximize gross profit and revenue.
- Coordinate internal teams (Customer Success, Sales Engineers, Customer Support, Customer Analyst, Procurement) to fulfil client requirements on time, and keep all client activities and opportunities updated in Salesforce.
What makes you a strong fit
- 2-5 years of relevant experience.
- Strong people skills and the ability to develop client relationships.
- Understanding of technology and the ability to meet clients' technical expectations.
- Patience and ambition to grow over time in the role.
- Ability to coordinate and collaborate with different teams to serve the customer.
- Curiosity to continuously learn about our products, platforms, relevant markets, and how clients use our services.
- Team spirit and willingness to help mentor and onboard newcomers.
