Part-Time HR Generalist Consultant

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Part-Time HR Generalist Consultant to support the delivery of HR operations and provide expertise across the employee lifecycle. This role is ideal for a proactive HR professional with strong knowledge of Philippine labour laws, HR best practices, and end-to-end human resources management.

The successful candidate will provide strategic and operational HR support, ensuring smooth HR processes, compliance, and continuous improvement while working collaboratively with the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
• Maintain accurate employee records and provide HRIS administration support, including BambooHR.
• Assist with attendance monitoring, leave administration, payroll inputs, employee benefits, and statutory requirements.
• Ensure compliance with Philippine labour laws, DOLE regulations, and government reporting obligations.
• Provide support on performance management, employee relations, and disciplinary processes.
• Coordinate employee engagement activities, training initiatives, wellness programmes, and recognition efforts.
• Prepare HR reports, monitor HR metrics, and provide recommendations for process improvements.
• Review, update, and maintain HR policies, procedures, and employee documentation.
• Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in a generalist HR role.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine Labour Code, DOLE regulations, payroll processes, compensation and benefits, and statutory compliance.
• Experience using BambooHR or similar HRIS platforms is preferred.
• Excellent organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and handle confidential information with professionalism.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver quality HR support in a flexible working environment.
