Compliance Officer

The University of North America seeks an experienced and detail-oriented Compliance Officer to lead and coordinate institutional compliance efforts across academic, regulatory, accreditation, and administrative functions. The Compliance Officer will play a critical role in ensuring the university maintains compliance with federal and state regulations, accreditation standards, institutional policies, and best practices in higher education governance.

The successful candidate will work collaboratively with academic leadership, student services, institutional effectiveness, enrollment management, and administrative departments to promote a culture of compliance, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Experience with institutional accreditation, particularly NECHE (New England Commission of Higher Education), is strongly preferred.
