- Develops and executes strategic business development and growth strategies, tracking results and demonstrating positive ROI.
- Builds and maintains relationships with physicians to ensure continued and new referrals.
- Acts as a trusted partner in executing volume-driving business development growth strategies.
- Maintains accurate knowledge of current trends in the healthcare market and physician arena.
- Completes event reports, including ROI for each event, and provides quarterly reports to administration.
- Responds to physicians' needs and requests in a timely manner, respecting their time.
- Collaborates with administrators and department leaders to resolve issues fully.
- Demonstrates a professional and personable demeanor that conveys a favorable image of the organization.
- Develops a thorough understanding of organizational policies and procedures to provide accurate information to physicians.
- Participates in assigned department meetings and other physician-heavy hospital locations.
- Follows up on physician inquiries, suggestions, and complaints in a timely manner.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Tracks key visits, blitzes, opportunities, and issues in Sales Force daily, syncing data weekly.

• Excellent relationship building skills and ability to work well with others using tact and diplomacy
• Ability to implement initiatives in a strategic manner with minimal supervision, multi-task, and take direction in a matrixed work environment
• Fundamental knowledge of marketing and sales
• General knowledge of computer hardware and software
• Educating and training of new staff
• Excellent negotiation and public speaking skills
• Ability to develop and sustain professional relationships and develop new referral sources
• Demonstrate initiative, poise, confidence, and willingness to accept challenges
• Ability to travel between hospital and physician offices and work a flexible schedule to meet the demands of the position
• Must possess good time management skills, be customer and results oriented, and self-directed with the ability to oversee multiple projects/activities simultaneously
• Familiarity with hospital operations, language, and roles
• Ability to verbally articulate service line and product attributes and actively listen to needs for hospital inpatient/outpatient services
• Knowledge of the hospital industry
Education:
• Bachelor's [Preferred]

Work Experience:
• 6+ healthcare sales experience, preferably in hospital sales; comparable clinical experience and knowledge may be considered in lieu of sales experience [Required]

Pay Range:
$60,151.66 - $111,886.39Background Screening Requirement (Florida Law)
