Senior Product Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to own complex product problems and shape the evolution of our investment and advisory platform.

You will work closely with stakeholders to understand complex customer, business and operational problems, shape product direction, make product decisions, and turn them into products that create measurable customer and business impacts.

This role is ideal for an experienced Product Manager who can operate independently in complex and ambiguous environments, influence stakeholders across functions, and bring clarity and product direction.

What you’ll do

• Own significant product problems or a product area end-to-end, from problem discovery and product direction through delivery, measurement and iteration.
• Shape product opportunities, priorities, roadmap and direction by connecting customer needs, business objectives, data, market context and operational realities, and make strategic trade-offs to maximize customer and business impact.
• Work closely with stakeholders to navigate complex financial products and regulated environments, balancing customer experience, business needs, operational constraints and risk.
• Lead and align Engineering, Design, Research, Data, Operations and other stakeholders through complex initiatives, creating clarity on the problem, priorities, trade-offs and desired outcomes.

What we’re looking for

Product Management

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related fields is preferred but not required.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in Product Management, Business Analysis or a closely related role.
• Demonstrated experience owning a product, product area or complex product problem end-to-end with the techniques and methods of modern product discovery and delivery.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to structure complex and ambiguous problems and identify practical solutions.
• Demonstrated strong product judgment by making high-impact decisions and prioritizing effectively amid ambiguity, incomplete information and competing constraints.
• Demonstrated strong communication, stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to align stakeholders with different goals, priorities and perspectives.
• Familiarity with Agile product development and software development concepts such as APIs, databases, authentication and system integrations.
• Experience working effectively with cross-functional teams across Engineering, Design, Research, Data, Business, and Legal & Compliance.

Domain expertise

• Experience in financial services, fintech, banking, investment, wealth management, brokerage, or other regulated industries is preferred.
• Strong working knowledge of trading and settlement processes across investment products is strongly preferred.
