Front Office Staff
Full-Time | Monday - Friday | No Weekends or Holidays
Keystone Family Medicine is seeking a friendly, organized, and dependable Front Office Staff member to join our team.
This position serves as the first point of contact for our patients and plays a vital role in providing exceptional customer service while supporting the daily operations of a busy Family Medicine practice. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, possesses excellent time management and communication skills, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. A strong commitment to teamwork and patient-centered care is essential.
Responsibilities include:
- Greeting and assisting patients in a professional and compassionate manner
- Scheduling appointments and managing provider calendars
- Verifying insurance coverage and obtaining necessary authorizations
- Updating patient demographic and insurance information
- Collecting copays and other patient payments
- Answering and directing telephone calls
- Checking patients in and out for appointments
- Maintaining accurate patient records and ensuring confidentiality
- Assisting with other administrative duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
- Previous medical office experience preferred
- Strong computer and customer service skills
