Job Summary:

The Marketing and Communications Manager supports the Director of Marketing and Communications in executing the marketing, communications and public relations strategy for Aman Nai Lert Bangkok. The role is responsible for managing the property's English social media platforms and LINE Official Account, strengthening the hotel's positioning through compelling storytelling, strategic public relations and thoughtfully curated digital content.

Working closely with Corporate Marketing and Communications, the role ensures all communications consistently reflect Aman’s brand DNA while driving awareness, engagement and revenue opportunities. The position also oversees the development of marketing collateral, website content and reporting, ensuring all communications are delivered with accuracy, refinement and consistency.

Responsibilities:

  • Support Director of Marketing and Communications in managing all marketing, communications and public relations activities for Aman Nai Lert Bangkok.

  • Liaise with Aman Corporate Marketing and Communications on media enquiries, brand initiatives and regional campaigns, ensuring timely and professional responses.

  • Safeguard and strengthen the hotel's brand positioning by ensuring all communications consistently reflect Aman brand standards and values.

  • Manage the hotel's English language social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook and LINE Official Account, overseeing content scheduling, publishing, community engagement and performance optimisation.

  • Create engaging and inspiring content that reflects the essence of Aman while supporting commercial objectives and brand awareness.

  • Assist in developing and executing integrated social media campaigns, ensuring consistency across all communication channels.

  • Work closely with Corporate Marketing and Communications on media relations, influencer partnerships, familiarisation visits and hosted media programmes.

  • Coordinate media follow up following press visits, influencer stays and events to maximise editorial coverage and secure key messaging.

  • Draft and edit press releases, media materials, social media copy and other marketing communications in line with the Aman tone of voice.

  • Identify and develop newsworthy stories, experiences and seasonal campaigns for media outreach and digital storytelling.

  • Monitor the hotel's online reputation across relevant review platforms and prepare thoughtful responses in accordance with Aman guidelines.

  • Oversee weekly and monthly marketing, social media and media coverage reports, including campaign performance, analytics and press clippings.

  • Coordinate the design, production and distribution of hotel collateral, ensuring all materials comply with Aman brand guidelines.

  • Support travel trade marketing initiatives in collaboration with the Sales team.

  • Coordinate photography and videography projects, including planning, production logistics and asset management.

  • Manage the Aman Nai Lert Bangkok website content management system (CMS), ensuring all content remains accurate, current and consistent across all language versions.

  • Assist in planning and executing media events, influencer experiences and promotional activities.

  • Perform any other duties as reasonably assigned by the Director of Marketing and Communications.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business Administration, Journalism, or a related field.

  • Master's degree (MBA or Marketing-related) is an advantage.

  • 5-8+ years of experience in marketing, corporate communications, public relations, or brand management.

  • Experience developing and executing integrated marketing and communication strategies.

  • Proven track record in managing campaigns, brand positioning, and stakeholder communications.
