Lead Software Engineer - Venue Connectivity

We are (re)-forming a dedicated team of engineers who will be responsible for connecting to venues covering EMS - Market Data, Execution and Holdings. We are looking for a talented and experienced engineer to lead this team.As the lead engineer, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Team Leadership: Leading and managing a team of engineers, providing guidance and support to ensure their professional growth and development.
• Mentoring: Offering mentorship to junior engineers, helping them to understand the complexities of connecting to crypto exchange venues and ensuring they adhere to best practices.
• Communication: Maintaining clear and consistent communication about the team’s progress, challenges, and achievements to all relevant stakeholders.
• Collaboration: Working closely with Product and Project Management to ensure the connectivity is built in a timely manner.
