About Beli

By changing the way people explore restaurants, Beli has emerged as one of the fastest-growing consumer platforms in the country. Beli helps you build organized restaurant lists and maps, share them with friends, and discover new spots around the world according to your personal taste.

Job Overview

At Beli, every person on our small, fast-moving team has a high degree of ownership and impact. As a Strategy & Operations Intern, you'll work on the problems that keep a fast-growing consumer company running and growing: launching new cities, building restaurant and brand partnerships, running our operations, and turning data into decisions. Over the course of a 10-week internship, you'll own real projects from the first question through to a recommendation leadership acts on.

Responsibilities

  • Drive Strategic Projects: Own cross-functional projects such as city launches, partnership pilots and new initiatives, from scoping through execution.
  • Build & Improve Operations: Find the manual processes that slow the team down, including content curation, user support, data requests and partner onboarding, and redesign or automate them.
  • Track What Matters: Help define and monitor key business metrics, build dashboards and reports, and flag trends early.
  • Support Partnerships: Research and prepare materials for conversations with restaurants, reservation platforms and brand partners.
  • Communicate & Present: Turn your analysis into clear memos and presentations for leadership, and help prepare materials for investors and the board.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree
  • Strong analytical skills, including comfort building models in Excel / Google Sheets; SQL experience is a plus
  • Clear, structured writing and communication, with the ability to turn messy problems into crisp recommendations
  • Highly organized, able to manage several projects and deadlines at once
  • A self-starter who's comfortable with ambiguity and has a roll-up-your-sleeves mentality
  • Prior experience in consulting, banking, startup operations or a student venture is a plus
  • A love of restaurants and food culture

This is a unique opportunity to see how a fast-growing consumer startup works from the inside, and to see your work shape decisions that reach millions of diners. If that sounds exciting, we'd love to hear from you.
