CNC Operator
Title: CNC Operator
Location: Greater Toronto Area
Company: Triumph Group of Companies
Role Overview
The CNC Operator at Primline Windows and Doors runs multi-axis CNC equipment to cut, rout, mill, and drill aluminum and vinyl window and door components to spec. You work on the production floor alongside a focused team where accuracy, throughput, and quality all matter in equal measure. Part of your job involves making basic program edits and tooling offsets to keep dimensions dialed in through a production run. The people who do well here take care of their machine, speak up when something is off, and come to each shift ready to build on what they learned the day before.
What We Offer
- Salary: Commensurate with experience
- Comprehensive benefits package including health and dental
- Full on-the-job training provided — no certifications required to start
- Stable, year-round work in a growing manufacturing facility
- Hands-on role with clear opportunities to develop CNC programming skills over time
- A team environment built on safety, accountability, and doing the work right
- Part of Triumph Group of Companies, a well-established and growing organization across multiple construction and manufacturing divisions
What You Bring to the Table
Technical Skills
- 1 to 2 years of hands-on experience operating CNC equipment, including cutting, routing, milling, and drilling processes in a production environment
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and part specifications to machine components accurately
- Familiarity with CNC controls and the ability to make basic program edits and tooling offsets to maintain dimensional accuracy during a production run
- Working knowledge of tooling, feeds, speeds, and machine setup for multi-axis CNC operations
- Basic quality control skills including the use of measuring instruments such as calipers and tape measures to verify part dimensions against specification
Attributes
- You pay close attention to detail. When something does not look right off the machine, you stop and check before continuing.
- You are a fast learner who takes direction well and asks clear questions when something is uncertain.
- You take care of your workspace and your equipment. Cleanliness and organization are part of how you work every shift, not something you get to at the end.
- You communicate directly with your team lead when issues come up, without waiting to be asked or hoping someone else notices.
- You bring a consistent, dependable work ethic to every shift. Your team can count on you to show up and follow through on what you said you would do.

- Follow all workplace health and safety requirements including proper PPE use, lockout/tagout procedures, and safe material handling practices
